interzum 2015

Lehmann is using this year’s interzum to present itself as a specialist in pioneering combination locks and electronic locking. On the 190 m² exhibition stand in hall 8.1, stand number C 028/D 029, the Minden-based lock specialist is showcasing solutions for gearing the office environment towards customised and dynamic work flows.

With smart phones accompanying office workers every step of the way, it is only a logical step to use them as well for providing security in office and contract furniture. In the electronic locking segment, Lehmann is showing a Bluetooth application, including app, which makes it possible to lock and unlock furniture doors without touching them. This smart and welcome convenience adapts to the user and creates a work environment that “thinks for itself” on the security front.

Right on trend today, combination locks provide a bridge between security and electronics. In the Freecode and Fixcode version, Lehmann is presenting various mechanisms for the Dial Lock, making the system suitable for a wide range of applications in furniture. With regard to appearance, the Dial Lock system will undergo modification to optimise convenience and provide options for customising design features. Design studies go yet a step further; they show what tomorrow’s Dial Lock could look like or how it can be matched to suit individual needs even today.

The smart office or smart working are buzz words that provided the ideas for Lehmann’s newly developed products. When normal security standards are easy to meet in the office, the work environment adapts to the user.
